• We ship using Pick Up Mtaani.

• Options available:

✔️ Next-day delivery to our pickup agent at Star Mall, Shop C1 & C2 (CBD)

✔️ Doorstep delivery within Nairobi

B. Outside Nairobi

• Orders are sent using your preferred courier.

• Delivery timelines follow the courier’s schedule.

• Couriers usually send SMS notifications on arrival and departure from their CBD offices.

Pickup Policy

• Pickup at Star Mall Shop C1 & C2 is available:

Monday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Pickup is only allowed once the arrival notification has been received.

• Parcels stay at the pickup point for up to 1 week before

being returned.

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been shipped. Refunds or exchanges are only allowed if the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges are only allowed if the wrong item was sent and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. Items damaged after delivery or through client handling are not eligible.

Door Step delivery or collect from Pick Up Mataani is available 24hrs-72hrs after ordering confirmation Nairobi addresses.
